Golden Spoon Buffet at Northern Preliminary
The Golden Spoon Buffet will be taken place from 11:00am to 3:00pm on September 27th and 28th at National Architecture and Construction Exhibition Center (1 Do Duc Duc, Me Tri ward, Nam Tu Liem district, Ha Noi).
This
is an interesting side activity that goes along The Golden Spoon Contest 2016
for professional chefs. Tickets are sold at 100,000vnd/pax. The Organizer hopes
to bring food lovers closer to healthy and tasty dishes from last seasons.

Golden Spoon – Vietnamese Elite Culinary from the first season. Some of the
remarkable dishes are deep-fried lotus roll, figs salad, salmon Nem, shrimps
wrapped bacon, Phu Quy chicken, beef in straws, BBQ pork stick, grilled
highland pork and mac mat leaves, fresh squid soup, and pomelo dessert. Diners
will experience the interesting new yet familiar tastes through this buffet
party.
