Could I ask if contestants are allowed to trim vegetables in advance, for the presentation section?
In the preliminary round and semi-final
contestants are allowed to trim vegetables in advance. In the final round
however, all ingredients used to cook and for the presentation, must be
selected from the market within the Organizing Committee area and none of them
are allowed to be prepared or cooked.
