Golden Spoon attends the Taste of the World Festival
On the afternoon of December 6th, an exchange program called “Discover the Journey of Vietnam Spices” took place in 23/9 Park in HCM City. This featured winning Chefs from the Golden Spoon Contest

In
the program, chefs shared their passion for and research about Vietnamese food.
They explained about Vietnamese spices and how to prepare the dishes that
maintain hometown flavors, whilst adding elegant and eye-catching
presentations, used to win top prizes in the Golden Spoon Contest. The “Discover the Journey of Vietnam Spices”
program was organized to promote our diverse cuisine, which is well known for
its great taste and nutritional values. These were presented to large numbers
of both Vietnamese and international visitors at the festival.

At the event the
audience had the opportunity to witness talented performances, whilst enjoying
dishes prepared by both the champions and runners-up of the Golden Spoon
Contest. Spectators also had the chance to enter the lucky draw, with prizes
sponsored by Minh Long I Co., Ltd. These included the book "The Golden
Spoon - Essence Vietnamese Cuisine" valued at VND 1,200,000.

the program there were Mr. Pham Huy Binh - Deputy Director of the HCM City
Tourism Department, Head of the Organizing Committee Festival; Mr Nguyen Bao
Anh - Deputy Director of Tourism Promotion Center of Ho Chi Minh City; Mr Ly
Huy Sang - Deputy Head of the Golden Spoon Contest, Deputy General Director of
Minh Long I Co., Ltd ; Chef Tran Ngoc Nghia - Runner-up in the Golden Spoon
Contest 2013; Mr Tran Thai Bao – Champion of the Golden Spoon 2014 and Mr
Nguyen Nhu Cuong - Runner-up in the Golden Spoon 2015.
