Hometown dishes displayed on the party table
In just 120 minutes, team Van Phat 1 from Can Tho City completed 4 dishes for a four person party table,
these included: “Chả kim quýt”-a shrimp and fish ball flavoured with the fruit of the Triphasia trifoliata bush; fried shrimp with salted egg; duck cooked with “hèm” (this is rice or any material left over after using it to make wine or whisky); and banana cake.
