The dishes on the menu of Cuu Long River (Can Tho) attracted diners because it was tasty enough to maintain the interest of everyone. In addition the incredible way of cooking and food presentation won over the judges.
There were not so many dishes on the party table prepared by Cuu Long River but what there were looked very attractive
Seafood fruit salad
Goby fish with passion fruit sauce
Chicken grilled with sticky rice cooked served with “Gấc” fruit (scientific name Momordica cochinchinensis)
Sweet soup of lotus seeds and aloe vera
