Singer
Thanh Lam came from an artistic family. She is best known for her vocal talent,
is a famous pop singer in Vietnam, and also likes to explore different musical
styles. Thanh Lam participated in performances at the World Youth Festival in
1984 and Vietnam art groups in Germany, the Soviet Union, Bulgaria, China,
Cuba, the Netherlands, Hungary, Romania and the Festival of Asian pop stars in
Japan.
Singer
Thanh Lam is also a pioneer in organizing individual live-shows and initiating
new trends to support pop music performances in Vietnam. She has a large
influence on the development and careers of junior singers like My Linh, Tran
Thu Ha, Tung Duong, Hoang Quyen and Dam Vinh Hung.
In 2007, Singer Thanh Lam is the first individual singer
who was bestowed the title of Elite Artist.
