Elite Teacher and Guest Judge
Mrs. Trieu Thi Choi
She has done a lot of professional research and made important contributions in disseminating Vietnam’s elite cuisine around the world through her publications. She has published more than 100 books, some of which are commonly found on bookshelves at home.
Trieu Thi Choi is a familiar name on the cover
page of many books and women’s lifestyle magazines. She belongs to the first
generation of students in home and female economics, culture and cuisine at the
University of Technical Education.
Judge Choi Thi Trieu
She has more than 40 years of experience in
different positions within education, and is particularly known for her work
when she was Technical Consultant for Education Services in Ho Chi Minh City.
In 2000 she was bestowed the title of Elite Teacher. Elite Teacher Trieu Thi
Choi participates often as an invited guest judge at many food festivals, both
domestic and international.
This
is the third consecutive year as a judge at the Golden Spoon contest, organized
by Minh Long I Co. LTd in coordination with the Center of Business Support and
Assistance (BSA). As an experienced judge she always imparts reasonable and
supportive comments that, when received, most contestants happily learn from.
