Specialized orientation
II doctor Diep Thi Ngoc Do graduated from the HCM City University of Medicine and
Pharmacy in 1986. Currently she is Director of the HCM City Nutrition Center, Vice
chairman of the Vietnam Nutrition Association and Chairperson of the Food
Nutrition Association.
She
is a visiting professor of the School of Nutrition Science and Physical
exercise at the Queensland University of Technology in Australia. She has taken
part in a huge amount of scientific research in the field of nutrition and
food. The main subjects that Doctor Diep Thi Ngoc Do included were: fatigue,
malnutrition, micronutrient deficiency, school nutrition and menus specific to
various types of labor.
At
the time of writing Dr. Diep Thi Ngoc Do is one of the doctors involved in
various programs of nutritional consulting solutions, which share information
on health in Vietnam in general and Ho Chi Minh City in particular.
She
attended the Golden Spoon Contest 2015 as one of the guest judges
