Be thankful for good health

Through in-depth knowledge of the structure and function of cells, genetic experts have claimed that cells in the human body are strong enough to achieve long life.
However not all people
experience long life, whilst maybe people live longer but with ill health.
Why do some cells age
quicker? Why don’t they thrive for a hundred years? These questions have been
study for a very long time by modern medical. The main cause is because of the
impact of compounds called “oxidizers” which are constantly active. These
substances are absorbed into our bodies through pollution, cigarettes and
industrial waste. However external elements aren’t as dangerous as internal
factors.
It is worse with internal elements that are
generated from waste materials resulting from metabolic disorders of sugar, fat
and protein in our bodies. If we have a stressful life then we need to use more
energy. In addition we damage ourselves by drinking alcohol, smoking
cigarettes, and abusing pharmaceutical drugs. Because of this, the amount of
oxidizers in your body also will be increased.
The reason why oxidizers
are considered as harmful substances is because they are greedy by nature. They
aggressively attack and stick to cells and wait for the first opportunity to
damage it. This happens a dozen times per day even while we are sleeping.
When the cell is attacked it causes the
cell to lose energy and also causes other disorders. A mild disorder will cause
loss of function for the cell, whilst serious ones can cause cancer. It is all
a matter of time. This is why modern diseases such as high blood pressure,
diabetes, allergies, arthritis and cancer are so prevalent despite medicine
being available everywhere nowadays.
Fortunately oxidizers
also have problems of their own. These
substances have an extremely short life cycle; just a fraction of a second.
Therefore if we can find a way to resolve it before it sticks to the cell, then
it will be unable to cause severe impact. This can be done using a
antioxidants. So, where could we find these antioxidants? Just how difficult
are they to trace?
Everything became easier when science discovered
the connection between fighting off the ageing process and the habit of eating
fruit and fresh vegetables of people living in Mediterranean countries and
Japan. This is why all doctors now advise everyone to have their 5 per day.
This is the best way to prevent cancer, but of course the fruit should be
organic.
It sounds like eating
fruit for a healthier long life is a new innovation, but actually it is so
familiar with our people. Another advantage is that we have fruit available in
all seasons in our country. All fruit such as papaya, pineapple or grapefruit
are rich in antioxidants and taste great. However Vietnamese people still
believe that the grass is always greener on the other side.
