Even if you have assessed the medicine correctly, there can still be even more severe consequences if you use it in the wrong way. Not mention fake medicines, even with good medicine, the wrong proportions can render them useless. Even when you have the right proportions, interactive effects can cause adverse factors that create poisons, easily. In this case there is every chance that the disease will get worse.
It is not necessary to use these drugs every day but they can still be a nuisance in any diet. It is more important for the body to function correctly in order to detoxify such organs as: the liver, kidneys and intestines. They have to confront a variety of active ingredients and toxins contained in ingested food many times per a day. If the diet is wrong over months and years, it means that you are poisoning your body over the long term.
In another specific example, researchers in Japan reported that the rate of gastric cancer is very high in people that usually eat steamed rice with dried fish only. But when they compared them with another group who also eat steamed rice with dried fish but have an additional bowl of miso soup. And a small amount sour cabbage means that this group has less malignant tumors in the stomach.
Looking further, cancer specialists in Italy reported that normally a person who eats spaghetti everyday will be less likely to suffer from colon cancer, if they eat an appetizer of coleslaw, made using vinegar. This rate will be even less if the vinegar in question is made from apple and if tomatoes only make up 30% of the total amount of vegetable content.
Hundreds of studies on the effects of food have shown that the more diverse diets, those dishes such as soup, vegetables, meat and fish will mean our bodies will be equipped to remove toxic substances and to resolve carcinogens, than those of people who eat a more monotonous diet.
Evidence shows that Mediterranean people have very low cancer rates, because every meal contains fresh vegetables that change every day, plus sea fish and whole grain bread.
It wouldn’t be right to think that other countries are always better than us. It isn’t necessary to wait for the results of research because Vietnamese people for many generations have eaten meals that are more nutritious and contain a more harmonious balance of vegetables, with dried stewed fish and a sour soup. This provides a medicinal approach that stimulates the digestive system.
By eating all dishes at the same time instead of dividing meals into specific courses such as appetizers, soup and main course as in Western countries, Vietnamese demonstrates how to combine different dishes and understands how to mix different tastes during the meal. Vietnamese cuisine knows how to utilize the performance of active ingredients within the dish.
It is unfortunate, one could even say deplorable, that the medicinal values of food are forgotten and diners simply choose fast food because they are too busy. Also choosing processed food will see increases in certain kinds of disease.
Speaking based purely on a book isn’t enough; evidence has to be produce to strengthen the argument. Eskimo people in their homeland rarely have heart attacks despite the weather being colder than your freezer, because of their traditional dishes. Eskimos who reside in the US have high rate heart attacks although their houses are warm. Probably the high ingestion rates of food like hamburgers are the cause of this. It is hoped that our people learn the lessons from the sad stories coming from other countries.
