kicks things off with his tribute to the L’Arpège egg, followed by L’Arpège’s
own Alain Passard showing how the original was made in some nice vintage
footage. Moving away from Michelin, we also have a bonus, in the form of
Anthony Bourdain discussing how to make the perfect scrambled eggs.
